auto loans oregon

What are my options for buying an out of state car with a loan?

Here is the scenario.I’am a 19 year old male with a valid drivers liscense, but no credit history and not a lot of money. I live in Alaska, and next year I’m going to be going to college. For that I’m going to need reliable transportation, but will have to get an auto loan, either from a dealer or from a private party. Cars are very expensive to buy up here, so I was thinking of buying a car in Washington/Oregon where I used to live and paying to have it shipped up here. It will be expensive to have it shipped up here, but in the end, I will be saving alot of money as opposed to buying up here in Anchorage. Does this sound like a possibility for me, and would I be able to get a car loan with no credit history? What about buying from a dealer in Washington/Oregon. Could that work? Thanks for the help and responses.

Financed cars is more expensive to insurance cause it requires full coverage. You can compare how much you would pay for full coverage of this car using this tool – carquotes.sinfree.net
