chase auto loans online

Why is Chase Bank making me pay 10 more bucks to pay my auto loan online, i have 2 cc’s that i pay with no fee?

My 2 credit cards with them don’t charge a fee to pay online, what the hell!
no willie the interest is already part of the loan, not an extra 10 bucks a month, take another class, anyone else?

why they charge, I’m not sure. But ways to get around it..many.
two scenarios:
1st you have a checking account with them: there is an “add payee” button on the right side, add “chase” as a payee manually including the zip code off your bill and enter in your account number, this is still processed within a day or two and avoids the fee because you’ve added them manually.
2nd you don’t have a checking account with them: assuming you have another checking account at another bank find out if you get free online bill pay and pay directly (adding chase as payee on your bank’s site) and chase will get the payment, no stamps or further action needed….
and you get to keep your ten bucks!
and i suppose if you don’t have a bank or at least one that offers free bill pay you can always make your loan payment in a branch, though it’s not from the comfort of your home at least it’s not 10 bucks
